Through twenty-five years of hands-on research, development and successful application, Resilient Futures’ strategic framework Strategy in Action (SiA)* has become a new standard for strategic thinking, planning and problem-solving.
Today individuals and organisations have adopted SiA as a frontline methodology for strategy and annual planning, innovation and transformation, and leadership development.
To date, the adoption of SiA has been successful through conventional means of strategic facilitation and training – both ‘face to face’ and online. Now, we’re adding a new dimension to its adoption through a new standard in structured and peer to peer, online teaching and learning – the SiA Practice Community.
The Strategy in Action Practice Community brings together globally a new breed of bold leaders unwilling to be held hostage by disruptive change but committed to understanding and taking advantage of the challenges of the 21st Century.
To learn, practice, master and share experiences together in applying a proven new mindset, toolset, and standard for strategic thinking, planning & problem-solving - Strategy in Action (SiA) - fit to pursue the opportunities and mitigate the risks we now face.
So that they can be valued and seen as active in being at the forefront and leading in generating sustainable value for themselves and the organisations and communities in which they are involved.

The SiA Community is a tremendous continuous learning tool that challenges how we create value businesses and communities. It is the way my firm makes decisions that impact our growth.

The SiA model is very practical to understand and apply. It really challenges your mindset by making sure you constantly focus on the changing nature of conditions. For an organisation such as mine we need an impetus to be more responsive and future-focussed and SiA has given the reason and means to do so.

The Resilient Futures team clearly have a grasp on using these concepts to reorganize, refresh, and maximize opportunities and risks that all organizations will face in day to day activities.
